Full Instructor Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of academic, legal, or practical industry experience
• Not actively employed by a pharmaceutical company 
• Teaching experience preferred but not required
• A CV showing industry experience, applicable education, a list of places you’ve spoken, trained, or directed courses at

How the Onboarding Process Works

1. Fill out the application and send us a suggested topic, course description, agenda, and CV.
2. We review your credentials and schedule an initial call.
3. We fly out to meet you for a formal interview.
4. Formal job offer received and accepted.
5. Get contacted by CfPIE to schedule dates (4-5 months in advance). Instructors must teach a minimum of 2 courses per year.
6. Finalize your course according to CfPIE’s standards, create the exam, material, and other details one month before your course start date.
7. Teach the course.
