Biography
Aditi Khurana is a Program and Alliance Management Executive with deep expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified in Global Regulatory Affairs (RAC), and holds a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Early in her career, Aditi worked as an ASCP- and state-licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) in Cytogenetics and Molecular Biology, leading R&D and validation efforts for solid tumor diagnostic panels, hematology-oncology disorders, and liquid biopsy tests. In recent years, she has led diverse, cross-functional program teams through clinical development, regulatory milestones from IND to approval, product strategy decisions, portfolio planning, and business strategy.
Aditi is recognized for her thought leadership in integrating AI-driven approaches into biotech and drug development. She has co-authored several publications in the diagnostics space and presented at conferences such as RAPS, DIA and BBPM on topics related to Alliance management, venture capital, regulatory frameworks and the evolving role of AI in the biopharma industry.
